Do you have experience in internal sales or customer service within a manufacturing or engineering business?

We're recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join a well-established UK manufacturer based in St Helens. You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team, helping deliver tailored, engineered solutions to a diverse customer base.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this office-based role, you'll handle the full sales process - from initial enquiry and product advice to quotations and order processing - ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support throughout.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations
• Advise customers on suitable product and application solutions
• Handle incoming enquiries and process sales orders
• Support the external sales team with project coordination
• Build long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

This role requires experience in a similar internal sales or customer-facing position within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.

You'll need to have:

• Previous experience in internal sales, technical support, or customer service within a manufacturer or product-based business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using CRM systems, Excel, and general business software
• Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and good problem-solving skills
