We're working with a market-leading manufacturer on the hunt for a Quality & Compliance Manager to take the reins and drive real change. This isn't just a compliance box-ticking role, it's a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll shape the future of quality, safety, and environmental standards across the entire site.

What You'll Be Leading

• Quality Excellence: Own and embed ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards across the site
• Audit Leadership: Command the room during internal/external audits - your prep, your process, your win
• HSE Ownership: Lead risk assessments, RIDDOR reporting, and bring proactive safety to life
• KPI Obsessed: Use data (DPMO, SRI, WTL) to spotlight issues and lead powerful improvements
• CI Driver: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and your own creative spark to challenge the status quo
• Team Empowerment: Lead a tight-knit squad (QA, PQC, H&S) and elevate performance across departments

What You Bring to the Table

Essential:

• Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, BRCGS.
• Demonstrated experience leading audits in a BRC manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams (including H&S and QA).
• Solid experience in a senior operational management position.

Desirable:

• Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
• Plastics or packaging manufacturing background
• Experience delivering environmental initiatives and waste reduction strategies
• HACCP working knowledge
• NEBOSH qualified
