Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Salary dependent on shift pattern; £52000 - 3 Shift or £46,500 - 2 shift

Package includes bonus, life assurance, staff discounts and generous pension.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Tasks;

• Fault diagnosis and resolving mechanical and electrical breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Working with electrical control systems, PLCs, and industrial automation
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reliability
• Using CMMS systems to log and track work

Requirements:

We are keen to hear from Engineers who bring both expertise and enthusiasm. To be successful, you should have:

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship and qualifications (NVQ Level 4 / HNC / HND)
• Proven experience in manufacturing with experience of electrical control systems, PLCs, and automation
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience in FMCG or similar high speed process environment
• Confidence working with CMMS systems
