- Work with production and engineering teams to support non-conformance management and corrective actions.
- Participate in product and process reviews to ensure system compliance is embedded in day-to-day operations.
- Assist with customer and supplier quality matters within the QMS framework.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports on audit outcomes, quality metrics, and system performance for management review.

- Proven experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing CAPA processes.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with audit processes, non-conformance management, and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, or similar continuous improvement tools.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and problem solving.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams.
- Passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Why Apply?
- Opportunity to play a key role in strengthening quality systems within an aerospace-focused manufacturing environment.
- Work alongside an experienced quality leadership team.
