HR Administrator / Co-ordinator

As an HR Administrator / Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.

Key Tasks:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across HR systems and processes.

• Assist with recruitment activities, interviews and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage absence reporting.

• Support employee relations cases and prepare HR documentation.

• Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives and community engagement projects.

What we are looking for:

• Solid work history.

• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
