The Opportunity

Covering Northern England and Scotland, you'll take ownership of your territory, developing relationships with contractors, identifying new opportunities and securing product specifications across construction projects.

This is a home-based role with genuine autonomy, giving you the opportunity to build your territory, grow existing relationships and win new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with contractors across Northern England and Scotland.

• Secure product specifications across a range of construction projects.

• Identify and win new business opportunities.

• Grow and develop existing accounts.

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and territory.

• Influence key decision-makers and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Deliver against sales targets and contribute to continued business growth.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in specification sales within construction.

• Commercially driven and motivated by winning new business.

• Confident building relationships with contractors and key decision-makers.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.

• Ambitious and looking for genuine career progression.

• Organised, proactive and capable of managing a large territory.
