The global aerospace industry is projected to reach almost $680 Billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of up to 8% over the next 10 years.

The industry employs over 9 million people worldwide, aerospace manufacturing is experiencing significant growth with almost 500,000 new vacancies filled in just the past 12 months and an additional 16,000 vacancies currently live.  The U.S. and Europe are the largest employers in this sector, with companies like Boeing, Airbus and Lockheed Martin being some of the biggest players.  

Over the next five years, the global aerospace sector will be shaped by a push towards sustainability, with the adoption of green technologies like sustainable aviation fuels and electric aircraft, alongside significant advancements in advanced air mobility (AAM) with the development of eVTOL vehicles. Defence spending will rise in response to geopolitical tensions, driving demand for military aircraft and space-based capabilities. The commercial space industry will grow rapidly, with space tourism and satellite constellations becoming more prominent. Meanwhile, digitalisation and smart manufacturing will enhance efficiency and supply chain resilience.
