Account Manager

This established manufacturer of engineered products for a multisector customer base are investing in their supply chain due to an increase in business that has a solid long-term order book. As a direct result of this investment, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager/Scheduler to join the team at their site in Colne.

As Account Manager/Scheduler, key responsibilities will be to: -

• Be the main conduit for all production related communication between the customer and the internal operations team.
• Be the focal point for all customer demand, ensuring resultant information is relayed internally.
• Hold a weekly production meeting to agree the production plan with all internal stakeholders, communicating the result to customers.
• Ensure on time in full delivery metrics as well as monitoring wider KPI's to fulfil customer demand.
• Take responsibility for the Sales, Inventory & Operational Planning Process to define future demand.
• Provide data and tracking on 'aged orders'.

The successful candidate will: -

• Have a strong customer services mind-set.
• Have experience gained in a manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace.
• Have the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and will be a demanding internal customer.
• Have excellent Microsoft office tools.
