Are you an experienced quality engineer looking to step up into a Continuous Improvement role?

My client is a leading provider of packaging solutions globally and is looking to hire a confident improver to come and help reduce wastage from the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed analysis
  • Implementing Continuous Improvement processes
  • Implementing new waste reduction efficiencies
  • Reducing and eliminating process waste across manufacturing
  • Analysing and recording waste performance
  • Adhering to Health and Safety Standards
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports on waste data
  • Training and delivering new operating procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • Six Sigma exposure advantageous
  • Data analysis experience (ideally in manufacturing)
  • Hands-on problem-solving experience
  • Packaging experience preferred
  • Ability to challenge current processes
  • Confident, outgoing personality
