Customer Support Co-Ordinator required for a global molasses manufacturer based out of their office in Liverpool, this role is perfect for somebody with a great work ethic who is looking for a stable working pattern with long term job security & a brilliant work environment.

Working as part of a small team this role will require you to be the first point of contact work a range of customers across the UK, helping to handle a range of orders and customer queries on a regular basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide a first point of contact for a regular & long standing customer base
• Retain & provide information on a wide range of products to customers
• Process customer orders & provide costings & delivery information
• Maintain & build great relationships with customers and account managers
• Handle customer feedback & deal with issues in an effective and timely manner

Person specification

• Computer literate (MS word/ Excel)
• Proactive & hard working
• High standard of attention to detail
• Great communication skills/ telephone manner
• Relaxed manner with the ability to take in and retain key information
• Adaptable to change

Desirable criteria

• Previous experience in an admin/ customer handling role
• Educated to A level or higher
• Experience within Manufacturing/ logistics industries
