HR Advisor - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract - Immediate start

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading business who is looking for a proven HR professional to join the company and manage HR process for a new business acquisition.

Within the role of HR Advisor responsibilities will be to: -

  • Deliver a professional HR service to designated contracts and support functions.
  • Ensure the smooth TUPE transfer of 300 employees for a company based in Grimsby.
  • Ensure excellent communications via Teams calls and onsite visits when necessary.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
  • Ensure that the company responds to changes in employment legislation.
  • Support change management.

The successful HR Advisor must have experience of acquisitions and TUPE.

Candidates must also have their own car and a current driving licence.

On offer: -

  • A day rate up to £350
  • Expenses when site visits are required
