Responsibilities are as follows:

• Leading the Maintenance team to maintain the Production Department through plant asset care, PPM scheduling, and Reactive maintenance, for both electrical and mechanical competencies.
• Ensure each machine is technically competent, and asset care is considered in all instances.
• To ensure that product runs attain the required quality standards within specific timeframes.
• Optimising the required process for the product and adherence to the relevant HSE requirements.
• The continual development of the Department's skill base and quality awareness.
• Maintain a close relationship with the Production Department in ensuring all orders are presented for dispatch with minimal/zero issue
• Ensure the Department works cohesively to ensure process stability is maintained addressing issues/anomalies within a timely fashion and in line with Company Values and Competencies.
• Team management and development.

The right candidate:

• Maintenance experience
• Electrical bias with mechanical competency
• Manufacturing background
• 18th edition qualification
