Job Description

Well-established in Cheshire, this manufacturing business who supply innovative packaging solutions are recruiting for a Manufacturing Support Coordinator who will help shape the future of manufacturing operations for the business.

This is a great time for an experienced professional who's got passion for production and continuous improvement to join their modern facility in Cheshire.

Within this role, the key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support Manufacturing Manager in implementation of H&S
  • Support the day-to-day management of the manufacturing operations
  • Continuous Improvement of manufacturing operations
  • Investigate manufacturing variances and improve production
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and ready to be used
  • Oversee any issues and repairs
  • Support Quality Managers


  • Experience with continuous improvement of manufacturing operations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • IT and Data literate - ERP systems etc
  • FLT licence preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Adaptable, hands-on approach
