Project Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving scale up electric vehicle charging business, based in Manchester.

As a result of growth, the Operations Director is looking to expand his team by attracting a Project Coordinator to support current and future projects for the installation of charging points throughout the North West.

In this newly created role, key responsibilities as Project Coordinator will be to: -

• Monitor and track completion of project milestones for typically 50 installation projects at any one time.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate delivery to construction sites.
• Analyse operations data such as usage trends, making recommendations to support future business decision.
• Work with operations and finance teams to analyse cost performance of charging areas.
• Analyse supply chain data such as inventory levels, planning performance and capacity availability.
• Identify any potential bottlenecks in the project plan and action accordingly.
• Communicate data to relevant parties such as operations, project managers and construction managers.

The successful candidate will: -

• Be an enthusiastic individual who communicates well.
• Have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Ideally have some project experience.
• Be highly organised with strong administration skills.
• Ideally hold a degree qualification.
