We currently have a job opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our clients on site team based in Knutsford.

My client, a complex manufacture, has recently signed a new 30-year lease for their site meaning current and future CAPEX projects have been expanded.

This is a new role that will enable to business to go through a process of growth and improvement.

This will be a site-based role, managing large scale projects and a small team of 2 Project Engineers.

The project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks.

• Ensure the successful, on-time delivery of projects.
• Manage projects from point of approval through to completion, ensuring compliance.
• Responsible for budgets, H&S and quality across all projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently to time scale.
• Undertake contractor management on site and appoint sub-contractors.
• Effectively manage and prioritise projects to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
• Manage contractual risk and ensure all project documentation is maintained.
• Manage and develop two project engineers, who will look after their own small to medium sized projects.

The project Manager will possess.

• Proven experience of Project Management of installations and/or site improvements to infrastructure within a manufacturing environment
• An Electrical, mechanical, or engineering qualification/competency.
• Experience managing a CAPEX budget.
