A leading manufacturing business is seeking a Temporary Internal Sales Administrator to support its commercial operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a challenging, varied, and rewarding office-based role that would suit a driven, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain customer orders, contracts, forecasts, and pricing in SAP
• Process sales documentation such as invoices and credit requests in line with company procedures
• Support new product development activities by liaising with account managers, customers, design, and production teams
• Handle customer enquiries, resolving issues by coordinating with other departments
• Monitor customer sales data including stock levels, invoicing, and equipment usage to identify and resolve potential issues

About You

• Proven background in sales administration or customer service
• Confident handling multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
• SAP experience is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes or packaging products would be an advantage

• Salary to £31,000 (pro-rata)
• 37-hour working week (Monday-Friday)
