A fast-growing international group in the civil and industrial safety equipment sector is seeking a driven, commercially savvy Sales Manager to expand its footprint across the German market and beyond.
This specialist manufacturing group delivers high-integrity, technical solutions used by civil agencies, emergency services, and infrastructure providers across the globe.
With a strong local manufacturing presence and an extensive service network across Europe, this is an organisation that blends global reach with deep technical capability.
Role
As Sales Manager - Germany, you will drive growth and market share of the Industrial sales, supporting the needs of sectors such as emergency services, utilities, municipal infrastructure, and civil defence.
From niche industrial components to high-spec civil safety systems, your mission will be to bring focus, energy, and strategic visibility to a product portfolio that deserves more market attention.
You'll also play a key role in representing the business at industry trade shows, developing new tender opportunities, and building relationships with decision-makers in public-sector organisations.
- Drive order intake and improve margin across Germany and key European markets.
- Elevate visibility of industrial safety product lines in civil/emergency markets.
- Navigate public-sector procurement frameworks and tender processes.
- Represent the business at industry trade events and exhibitions.
- Translate complex technical value propositions into clear customer benefits.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and central commercial teams.
Profile
- Demonstrable sales success in industrial, safety, or civil service markets.
- Experience working with public-sector customers (e.g., fire brigades, municipalities, or utilities).
- Strong technical sales understanding - ability to build credibility through knowledge.
- Independent and proactive - capable of working autonomously while coordinating with central teams.
- Enthusiastic about building something with long-term impact in a fast-evolving company.
