HR Administrator

3 -6 Month FTC

Immediate Start

A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a successful manufacturing company in Runcorn.

The role will be on a 3-6 month temporary contract supporting the HR Advisor with all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Support all recruitment & new starter/leaver processes
  • Manage and update HR in house system
  • Manage Time & Attendance system
  • Monitor absence management policy
  • Produce monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR Administrator/Assistant
  • Experience gained in a manufacturing environment - preferred
  • Thorough understanding of HR function and practices
  • Experience of disciplinary, appeal and grievance procedures
  • Strong IT skills; MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
