North Wales

To £30k + Excellent Benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their successful team in the North Wales area.

The HR Advisor will report in to the HR Manager. You will be part of a thorough HR team who has excellent attention to detail. The role will include a variety of roles and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • To promote the organisation core values through your work and investigations
  • Deliver a full generalist advice service in line with the organisation polices and procedures
  • Manage your own Employee Relations caseload
  • Deliver a recruitment service and advice to hiring managers within the business in order to manage expectations
  • Responsible for your own paperwork and ensuring you have exceptional attention to detail

The candidates must:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders

Salary is paying up to £30k with additional benefits such as pension, bonus etc.
