Human Resources Advisor - Immediate start

Salary to £225 per day

Location officed based: Coventry

We have a fantastic opportunity to come and join a leading business who is looking for an all-round proven capable HR professional to join the company as they embark on a major change programme.

Within the role of HR Advisor typical responsibilities will be to: -

  • Deliver a professional HR service to designated contracts and support functions.
  • Support the HR Director and a team of HR Business Partners to drive organisational change.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
  • Manage disciplinary investigations, outcomes and appeals.
  • Ensure that the company responds to changes in employment legislation.
  • Support TUPE.
  • Supprt change management.

The successful HR Advisor must be experienced working within a unionised environment and be experienced managing redundancy and change of contracts programmes.

Candidates must also have their own car and a current driving licence.
