HR Generalist - Part Time

1-2 days per week as per needs of the business

Cheshire

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join a small engineering company in Ellesmere Port on a part time basis.

The HR Generalist will support the MD ensuring all HR policies and procedures are adhered to;

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment, onboarding and exit interviews
  • Employee relations
  • Support managers with performance management, PDR's and training
  • Ensuring all compliance needs are met
  • Reviewing policies and updating as changes are announced

Ideal candidates will have a solid HR generalist background mininum CIPD Level 5.

Experience gained in an engineering environment - preferred.

Hours will vary and will depend on the needs of the business but will average 1-2 days per week.
