A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join the team at a global engineering company at their state-of-the-art facility in Lancashire.

The company specialise in the design and manufacture of innovative products and services that enables a global shift towards sustainable energy.

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will join the Engineering Team on a rotating earlies/lates shift pattern and will provide engineering support on a wide range of industrial plant and equipment including; power presses, CNC machinery, assembly plant and process equipment.

Key requirements:

  • Time served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
  • Experience of mechanical maintenance in manufacturing/engineering environment - ideally med-heavy
  • Experience of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Able to read engineering schematic drawings
  • Knowledge of CI/RCA tools/techniques
  • Improvement mindset
  • Computer Literate with knowledge of a CMMS
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
