Having recently moved into our brand-new purpose-built production facility at the world-renowned Silverstone Circuit, the home of British Motor Racing, we are now ready for our next phase of production and expansion, and are now determined to cement our place within the Global Motor Industry for years to come.
We are continuing to add to our dynamic and passionate Leadership Team, and now an exciting and opportunity for an experienced Production Director to join the business at a crucial stage in its development.
Reporting to the Managing Director, as Production Director you will be responsible for driving cost saving initiatives throughout the manufacturing process, as well as overseeing a highly skilled Production and Engineering team to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing process.
In line with both personal and strategic objectives, the successful Production Director will be required to devise, implement, and ratify operational and personal key performance measures. As well as overseeing the introduction of appropriate lean methodology, you will be responsible for championing a culture of quality and overall customer satisfaction throughout the business.
The ideal person for this role will have experience working within a similar environment, focused on the niche market of luxury vehicle manufacture, or will have a strong background within an Automotive Environment, either as an OEM or Tier supplier and will be looking to apply this experience within a bespoke environment. Its important to stress that this is a practical hand on role requiring an engineering appreciation.
