Bonus structure: As I had other offers on the table when I received the offer from Morgan Ryder, the decision maker for me was the bonus. I earn significant bonuses for the placements I make for the business. An uncomplicated and fair bonus structure is hard to come by in the recruitment sector.
Location: The office is situated well on the motorway cross links for M62, M57, M58, M6 surrounded by very good amenities (Supermarket, petrol station, post office, good food choices including KFC, McDonalds, Greggs, Sbarro Pizza, nice pub grub next door and Huyton village with a lot more choice less than 5 mins drive away).
There is free parking in a safe and secure gated car park in front of the building.

What I like about Morgan Ryder – the culture and the people and I mean it. Everyone works really really hard and it shows but everyone is also down to earth and they treat each other with respect. The humour in the office is insane and I love it. I love that I am not being micromanaged and that I have my own freedom with some guidance if needed.
