We are seeking a skilled CNC setter/ operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier products to our clients.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

Interpret mechanical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate machining processes.

Utilise precision measurement tools to verify component dimensions and quality standards.

Edit and adjust CNC programs as necessary to optimise machining processes and ensure part accuracy.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to meet strict quality requirements.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve machining processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Must be a UK national and will need to pass security vetting upon employment.

Apprentice trained or relevant qualification in engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Setter/Operator, preferably in a similar role within an industry that manufactures high precision products

Proficiency in setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling machines.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical specifications, drawings, and technical documents.

Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.

Excellent mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail.
