• Experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Ready to step up to a leadership role and drive quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with quality tools required for meeting customer standards.
• Ability to lead colleagues in adhering to quality processes and standards.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge or certification in quality management methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
