Head of International Sales - Military & Law Enforcement

Hybrid - Global travel expected

Headquartered in Canada

We are looking for a leader to be the figurehead for our International sales(MLE) who can play a significant part in delivering our 5-year business plan that will see our group double revenues from 800m to over 1bn.

You will need to understand the sales channels required for supplying tactical products and technologies into military, defence, law enforcement and national security organisations globally.

You will also develop and grow an international sales department and will need competence in a range of areas such as; marketing, sales account development, leadership and mentoring.

Requirements:

Previous experience at a similar level and you must have experience in supplying military tactical or support equipment into Military and law enforcement.

The need for an existing International contact network in Military and law enforcement. Experience of breaking into territories such as Latin America, New Zealand and Australia would be beneficial.

Experience of dealing with large and complex bids in a consultative selling environment.

You will need to be a self-motivated achiever with an abundance of passion.

There will be expectations to spend a large volume of time with customers globally and at the Head office in Canada, so willingness to travel is a must.
