Modpack System Appoint Morgan Ryder

To support their Western European strategy, Morgan Ryder's Outsourced Services division has been appointed Recruitment & HR Business Partner for Modpack System with an initial project brief to find them their first UK employee - a Multi-modal Logistics Business Leader.

In a recent news article, we announced Modpack System’s move to the UK and their intention to replicate their success across Western Europe and the USA.  The International, plant and heavy equipment relocation specialists have commenced a programme of investment in the UK to establish a centralised base for global operations.

As part of the programme, C.E.O - Valentin Malaescu, invited Terry Murphy (Director) and Janine Clark (Head of Operations & Marketing) to Romania to help shape their UK business plan and to understand what make’s Modpack such a success.

Valentin commented on the partnership with Morgan Ryder: “Morgan Ryder was an obvious choice for Modpack.  We needed a Western European partner that shares our business’s ethics and understands our market plus ideally is familiar with our customer base.  Morgan Ryder meets all points.  The next 12 months of investment will be extremely exciting but will require a high level of dedication from all stakeholders.  Recruitment will be tough in the UK, especially with the skill shortage coupled with the fact that we are predominantly unknown in this region.  However, Morgan Ryder will assist in raising our profile helping us communicate our achievements in Eastern Europe to the UK market.”

Valentin himself is an engineer with a background in Quality Engineering and Packaging Logistics Management.  His earlier career included global blue-chip automotive first tier and FMCG manufacturing businesses – a perfect combination and an absolutely solid foundation for Modpack. 

Our first challenge will be to get them on the map and communicate their ambitions to the UK job market.
